Islandia Trailer Bunks

Howdy Kids,
After a long bout of gremlin chasing,finally got the old beast out on the water. Had a heck of a time getting her back on trailer. Noticed that both bunk boards are collapsed almost 1/2 way at the front mounts. Obviously need to replace them, but was wondering if there should be 2 or 4 bunks on the trailer. I think an extra set up front would make things much easier. What type of setup are you all running?? Thanks for any info you all can provide!

Did you ever add a second set of bunks up front? I run with the factory setup but would like to see any mods that might improve landing these boats on thier trailer.

I haven't had any issues getting boat on trailer since I got these. Always perfectly aligned and centered.

Did you mount them with the boat on or off the trailer?

Boat on trailer. Maybe 1-2 hours to install if you take your time.
