Is a 98 xpl jet pump same as a 97 spx pump

I figured different hull so its not. But i on ebay and by looks of it my xpl pump looks identical. Just thinking it to good to be true since i have a brand new one and i looking at a spx that needs one..thanks guys for info

Check brp parts web site but those are also 2 different engines, so, I'm going to have to go with.. No..

agree with the rodent. i'm too lazy to look it up but i believe the 97 spx is 140mm and the xpl is 155mm, if i'm wrong i apologize in advance. not compatible.

Thanks guys the reasons that u are saying are the reasons i didnt think where the same. But when i started searching ebay i noticed how they looked identical.

The XP Limited has a 155mm pump. Your SPx has a 140mm pump.
