you should gain a little , as long as motor can handle the extra load from turning a taller pitch .if not enough hp it will certainly lower rpm a little.

I have a 05RXP and put the solas 13/19 on last year and wow what a difference on takeoff, topend stayed the same for me. I didn't put the stainless wear ring but have it torn down now to install one.
