Hello

I have a GTX Millenium Edition. Recently I remove the carbone system in the impeller shaft and put the ball bearing system, but always when I grease the ball bearing with my grease gun you can see the grease came out in the front of ball bearing. Last night I do the same but the grease never came out and when i see the shaft through the inlet grate i see the grease in the hull.

It is normal??

If the seal was built properly, then the grease will come out the rear, and you will just see a little grease on the front.

So... if you don't have cavitation... it sounds right.

All right, but I never see the grease in the front, I only see grease in the shaft seeing through the inlet grate. My doubt is if I grease inside the jetski and the grease is going outside maybe the water can do the same. I am right??

The way you describe is good, the seal itself seal best one way to keep out water and let the grease go that way out, however it can allow a small amount of air thru, watch the flow of the air in the arrow below.

motor -- seal --> grease insert --> grease goes out --> pump
