Greetings all.

I wanted to share a picture of a tool I made to remove junk from my impeller. (Ruler is for reference)

Using this simple tool and a flashlight I have removed bits of wood, rocks, fishing line and other miscellaneous trash including a Gatorade cap that got wedged between the impeller and the wear ring, without so much as turning a bolt

I can go in through the pump exit nozzle or through the intake grate. It is made from aluminum and fits nicely into the storage compartment. It is simple and effective in most cases. For $5 plus postage I'll send you one

Question: I am thinking about replacing the stock impeller on a 2006 RXP that has a few dings on it with a quality aftermarket unit. Can anyone tell me what the stock specifications are (pitch etc) and recommend a replacement.

Thanks in advance for your help

Stock for the rxp is like a 13/18...up your air intake to a diy 4" front ...it'll breath alot easier...then add a 14/19R from Solas.

Thank you for the info.

Regarding the air intake, is it simple a matter of installing a larger size air duct and who makes them?

Thanks

HAHA it took me like 10 minutes to see the tool it blends in really good with the ski!!!! WEOW DO I FEEL DUMB

Kana-Flex, WD620 is the type you want...7' or so. You'll also need a 3"x4" reducing 90 degree bend, from Silicone Intakes and a 4" coupling...3-4" clamps.

There is a guy who's compiled all you need in one package. If you can't find your stuff lemme know.
