IM NEW!!lol 1995 speedster help

I just got a 1995 speedster twin engine...When i first went out ran great then after i was sittin at idle for a while I went to take off and it didnt want to take off when I thortled up the passenger side engine would rev really high and then the driver side would after and the boat wasnt really moving...if you would ease into it like really ease onced it plained it was fine and would run 50mph at 6500 rpm....the impellers and good shape and the ware rings look good.

The engine that is racing has an air leak. You may need to rebuild the drive shaft seals.

how do you get them out? I have went through everything except trying to reseal the intake grate. And from what i hear getting that plate off is a pain in the butt, the manual tells you to take it to the dealer for that. I think i am going to try to seal it from the bottom of the boat but i would like to check the driveline seals but i want to no how to get them out to check them. It is either both of my driveline seals are bad or the intake grate because both engines rev. The boat will take off after a couple seconds and go but you can tell there is cavitation because when i try to just run one motor it will just rev and not really move. Please help.
if you could anyone past a pic of the fitch and show what seals you are talking about that need to be replaced.
