My wife and I flew from Baltimore, MD to Vegas, then drove to LHC and stayed at the Heat hotel for the races... we didn't know the 'big' races (finals) were the weekend since this was our first time going, but we watched a few tiems during the week, it was neat.

They run for 7 days, finals for the big boyz are Sat & Sun. The young kids finish Wed & Thurs. But the Freestyle on Sat & Sun is really fun.
The HEAT hotel is friggin awesome - - did you stay in an inferno suite? They have typical hotel rooms, then they have the inferno suites that are fantastic. Approx 1000 sq/ft, front sitting area, sleepin area in the middle and the bath area in the rear - tub in the middle of the room with the water coming down from the ceiling... all glass shower spans the entire width of the room big enough for a party with a center stripper pole/shower! Nice place to get .... cleaned up!
