having problems w/ my 04 speedster starboard motor. It revs up to the rev limiter on take off. Changed the wear ring and its a little better but still hitting the limiter. I pulled the boot on the drive shaft back where it goes through the hull and stuck a light in on it. From under the boat I can see the light shinning through. This cannot be good. Is this the ceramic seal everyone is talking about? Also where can I get a shop manual to download?
