I just bought my first sea doo, a 95 xp, and rode it for about 30 minutes before it started bogging down. The engine runs great but it just wont go. I used super unleaded and was told that was not good for the oil mixture. So I drained and replaced the gas with regular unleaded and it didnt help. Did I screw it up?

what ur rpms at, at wot? Hows the response? does it take -off good, or just reving and no go?

The rpms go to just over 5. It just revs and barely goes at all. Kinda idle speed.

sounds as though, you need to pull the carbs, go thru them, replacethe grey fuel lines and remove/clean the raves.

So When I went to check the intake filter for debris (I wanted to start basic) I found a large rock stuck where the empellar (sp) is at making the trim stay at full up position. A buddy of mine said that could make it run slow because of the angle of propulsion coming out of the back. I have to charge the battery then take it to the lake and try it.
