xp limited, RAVE were a mess. The left was loose I could turn the plastic nut under the cap with my fingers. OIL everywhere, the last guy that worked on it had the O ring on top of the plastic place washer under the small spring, so OIL was being forced out the top of the O ring. Took the valves out and cleaned them with Carb cleaner and a wire wheel was the only thing I had to get the caked on black after burn off, and it took a good while of cleaning. Everything was gummed up. Now if I could just get the Air box to stay clipped on I would be doing great.

Should run much better.

If you have the black plastic clips... you may need to get some new ones.

One thought.... if you clean everything very well... you could put a blob of black RTV (silicone) behind each clip, and then slide them on. Once the Si is dry... it will hold the clips in place... but you should still be able to get them off later.
