Hydro Turf care products

Not sure what sub-forum I should post this to, so mods, please move if needed.

Just wondering what others use to care for their hydro turf. Mine is starting to dry rot and comes off anytime it's touched. I.E. everyone gets blue feet from walking on it. I was hoping there was something I could put on it to help. I was thinking Armour All or something like that but wasn't sure if that's a good idea. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

There really isn't anything that will help at this point.

Like everything at some point it just needs to be replaced. You could try scrubbing it with a stiff brush and some simple green but it has started to deteriorate from age and it won't stop.
