Hi i own a year 2000 seadoo challenger 1800 can any one tell me the part number for the 6 tine fixed grate i was checking out the number 852962t and it seams that is for 2001 and up ??? but will the work for my 2000 year?? mercury does not know too much Thanks Rob A....

852962T should fit all V6 Sport Jet engines of 175hp and up starting in 1997 I believe. Google will probably be a better source of information than your dealer.
