So I just ordered a factory pipe for my 95hx yesterday. I've done reading and found that maybe I should upgrade to 44's. I found a pair of mikuni 44's off of a superjet on ebay for a good deal.

Problem is that factory pipe told me that I should be 100% stock no exception. And I asked if I get them anyways can you help with jetting they said no.

So should I get them? I simply can't upgrade with no idea where to start on jetting and the pop off spring weight. I just couldn't afford to roast something. Suggestions? my ski is bone stock

I wouldn't do it with that pipe. As I was saying before... they get 20 hp, and I know when they were doing the original testing... they were sticking the PTO piston. After a bunch of testing, they got it right. If you install the 44's... you may not get anymore HP from that engine... and tuning will be hard to do. Even race engine company's like Group-K don't recommend going up to a 44 on the 720. They normally recommend doing a clean up on a set of 40's.

Very honestly... the 720 probably won't draw enough air to get the 44's to work. (unless they have a small primary venturi and an acceleration pump) Even with the new pipe, and raising the red-line 200 or 300 rpm. (I'm assuming the 44's were from an 800 SJ)

My advice is to leave it stock, and jet to Factory pipe's recommendations.

Main 140
pilot 75
high 1/4 turn open
low 1
N/S 1.2
pop-off 42

I shouldn't even have to make a post after trimming down your post. #3 is your answer. (not being harsh)
