Hummingbird Solix install

Good afternoon,

i am about to purchase a 2021 FishPro. I would like to change the fish finder/GPS to a Hummingbird Solix model. Has anybody attempted this yet? I have ready where people are talking about installing the transducer at the rear of the ski but with some issues. Anybody been successful with installing a different unit?
