Yes....The Hull # has 13 digits. CE CH 12345 L 4 95
The first 2 (CE) mean nothing. The next 2#'s(CH) are the Model. The Next 5 #'s(12345) are the serial #.
The"L" is the month of production. The "4" is the year of production. The last 2#'s(95) are the Model year.

This information is taking out of my 2006 service paper back manual(the newewst from seadoo publication) for my speedster. I have looked at the older ones and they do only have 12 digits. I think as time goes on the Hull Numbers will get longer...The only real change is the serial # has an extra digit.
The last 2 numbers are the year no matter what.
I just got off the phone with the title bureau and Div. of Watercraft and my "1994" GTS is actually a 1995 (build date of December 1994) and they will change the title and get it corrected.
Thanks for this thread as I just upped the value of my ski by $250 by making a phone call.
