I have a 2009 RXT-X and I bought it with the trim not working. I finally pulled it apart and the trim motor was all rusted and locked up. I have a new motor and I plugged it in and nothing.... fuse is good. It seems both wires going to the motor have 12v.... I unplug the big connector and still the same.... I'm guessing the VTS is shorted out and that is why both wires are hot. Any thoughts ?? Thanks
