How to search?

I am trying to search for some answers before posting to much but I am having a hard time finding some stuff. Is there a way to make the search look for both words rather then just 1? Example I want to see a thread with "Engine + Noise" rather then just Engine or Noise?

Click on the "advanced" search link...I typed "engine noise" in the search box and got 3 + pages @ 20 posts per page, of similar related topics.
