how to remove air cover over carbs?

having a fuel issue and need to clean/remove carbs- how do I remove the plastic covering over the carbs? Space is at a premium!

yes- I want to try to spray some Seafoam in to see if that will help before i remove.

sorry man, dont know that motor, but spray'n seafoam is only going to inject it into the air stream. It's only going to go thru the throat of the carb/s, and not into/thru the carbs, If anything, add it to the fuel, then it'll get into them.
