How to pull a engine out of a o8 speedster200 430hp

Does anyone have a video or tips on how to pull a engine out of this boat? I got a buddy coming over to pull the back hatch off and and going to start this week on pulling the motor out to retrieve the lost ceramic washer.

It doesn't look terrible other than space to work is pretty limited

Bag and tag everything you remove and/or disconnect. Also take plenty of pics so you know how things go back together.

Thanks looks for tips on anything I should or shouldn't remove, looks to be fairly straight forward but always looking for tips from someone that has pulled a motor or 2 out of this boat
