So I swapped old junk tempo fuel lines and removed oil tank and as much old oil from machine as I could (old owner through a whole slew of anything that said 2 cycle on it) I filled oil tank w a little over a gallon and 1/2 of quicksilver PWC (mayne too much its almost up to oil cap in fill tube) I have oil going through hose for crankcase supply (gravity) I cant seem to get it back to tank. The crankcase return is empty.

Are you saying that the supply RV cavity line has oil in it but the return line does not? Or are you saying that the injection line (to the pump) is not feeding oil?

I've never seen a clogged RV cavity, but the line to the injection pump ALWAYS needs to be primed...

Please post some pics and additional details. My guess is that something is not connected correctly, or the injection pump needs to be primed.

Correct return line does not have oil pump line and supply do...ill edit w pics in few have to setup lights 12:30am here lol

No I also have to get gas into lines also pain in ass because im waiting on selector knob so now i just have fuel valve sticking out and have to turn metal post buy hand but have no idea what its on since i dont have knob to hold the fuel selector piece on outside which shows no gas/res/on...

Ok so where it is is fine, before it was bone dry, as far as I could see down it defd has since somehow gotten oil into it...I knew that oil should be in it but if it isnt suppose to reach than thats how it is. Thanks man

Also I have oil into the filler hose (over did it a bit) should i syphon it out until its just at top of tank and none in fill hose...I realize these may be ridiculous dumb ?'s

Injection...amazing i tore this thing apart front to back fixed and found all probs (was a bunch) and I cant get lines to fill/prime lol

Can't see the photos... can you repost?

Don’t try starting the ski again until this is sorted out. If the return line is not kinked, and the check valve is functioning correctly, you have coagulation in the oil system (this can be expected with multiple oil types.)

If the system is coagulated, it needs to be flushed. I would also recommend removing the injection pump and cleaning it if coagulation has occurred.

It’s entirely possible that you have a pocket of air somewhere in the RV system. Remove some of the oil (to below the top of the valve) and check the check valve. If it’s working properly (air moves in one direction, into the tank) remove the top oil line (with the tank cap off) and blow air through the return line (no more than 5-7 PSI.) Be extremely careful, and whatever you do, DO NOT exceed 5-7 PSI unless you want to rebuild the motor.

If there’s an air pocket, it will clear almost immediately.

In either case, best to replace the oil lines, the fliter, and flush the RV cavity.
