How to determine make and model?

Hi folks I have just purchased a Challenger Jet Boat, but want to ensure the make and year, as I am unsure of this. The plate on the back has the following CECA 12298797. Can anyone tell me what this stands for? and what is my boat model number and year?
My boat is a single engine rotax.
