i am needing to work on my seadoo out of the water what is the easiest way to do this i have a 1994 spi, do i just need to buy an adapter or what thanks

purchase a 1/2" heater hose tee (found in radiator flush kits for cars). install on the water line FROM the pump TO the engine. The tee will have a threaded male filler with cap that fits a garden hose. Pinch off the line from the pump and before the tee fitting. Use line clamp or locking pliers (vise-grips) with a piece of sheet rubber over the jaws and clamp line. Get a garden hose shut-off coupling to use right at the tee so you don't have to run to turn the water on when you fire up the motor. DO NOT run water to motor without it already running and shut water to motor off BEFORE killing motor.

Don't run engine more than 5 minutes without shutting down and allowing to cool. What are you troubleshooting?

not enough fuel getting to the engine, already changed grey fuel lines, got a carb rebuild kit on the way gonna take out fuel and oil tanks today and clean and put new oil and fuel in might try to fix a non working fuel gauge, any tips/hints on any of this would be greatly appreciated
