What Anchor Do You Suggest?

I want to anchor 2 RXTs connected nose-to-tail... using 1 anchor... on a lake in about 5 feet of water. What anchor do you suggest? What weight? Please advise. Many thanks.

The bottom that you'll be anchoring in dictates the anchor to a large degree...sand? Mud? Rocks? Mix?

The idea of anchoring nose to tail may still result in the boats bouncing into each other, depending on waves, surf, shifting wind, etc.
