how do i reset the maintenence display

hi can anyone tell me how to reset the maintenence display on my information centre? Its a 97 Gsx

I think you need a buds system to clear it. You will have to take it to a dealer.

If you want to simply reset a function such as the chronometer, peak speed, etc., while that function is diplayed, you just need to press and hold the "SET" button for a couple of seconds until it clears/resets.

If you want to clear the "MAINT" light blinking, do the same thing. Press and hold "SET" for a couple seconds until it stops blinking.​
