kcr357 Active Member Jun 9, 2009 #4 3k on land, 1.5 on water. The idle is adjusted by a stopper on one of the carbs on each motor.

M9ight need to go thru carbs, and see whats happening. If you just bought it, the nmaybe they messed with settings to accommodate a clogged carb...
