High Ideal

Hi there I have a 2007 sea doo gtx limited and all of a sudden it started having a high ideal when i start it.. anybody have any clue why this would be happeing thanks so much..

What rpm is it idling at? 16-1800 is normal

if it started doing it all of the sudden then its probubly sucking air somewhere!! Does it only do it out of the water or both in and out

it just started doing it I started it amd it was idiling fast around and when i shut it down it stays on about 1000 it was running really good..I live on the delaware river so it stays in the river all the time so it was doing it in the river...
