Welcome to the seadoo forum Bill. You will find lots of great information here. Hey nice boat...super charged or natural aspirated?

Karl

Nice boat!......

I just went to the Alabama Greater Gulf State fair and it was the first time I saw Seadoo's on display. They had the 230 Challenger and the Challenger, along with a GTX and RXP......they were 2008's........man, I must admit, they were the only eye catcher for me in all the other displays.......

You got a nice one too!........Picture it with a tower on it!

Thanks guys.

Karl, looks like you have pretty good taste as well :D

I didn't get the supercharged version because I didn't really feel like dealing with one more thing for maintenance and having to put premium fuel in it all the time.

This is my first jet boat and I have to say I love it. It handles choppy water much better than I thought it would and I've been very happy with the fuel economy. It took a little while to get used to the quirks compared to prop based boats, but once you get used to it, it's great.

I was actually looking at seadoo's website yesterday and it looks like the 09's are up there. I'm glad I got mine when I did, it looks like the only 200 speedster they offer now is the supercharged version...I also don't like the graphics as much, they're a little dull for my taste with mostly black and gray.

230 Challenger....

They had the Challenger 230 on display at the Greater Gulf State Fair this past week. My kids kept begging me to go on to the midway so they could ride the rides.........

They had a hard time breaking my daydream.............

Florida? That means you get to ride year round. YOU SUCK!!!

Yes, I do...I'm from Boston though, so it's nice having this type of weather now...I actually like going out in the winter better than the summer down here. :D
