Good afternoon everyone, I'm Jose and I'm new here, but I need your help and technical opinions as I'm in the process of repairing a 2002 Sea-Doo GTX with a Rotax 9514CD 2-stroke injection engine.The problem is that it doesn't reach full acceleration; to put it simply, when it's at half throttle, it stops accelerating and seems to stall.
I've noticed that the rave valves in the exhaust manifold are initially closed, but when I accelerate, they open and don't close again or return to their initial position when the engine idles.
Another thing I've noticed is that water doesn't circulate through the rave valve in the exhaust when I connect the water hose.I don't know if anyone else has experienced this and could offer some help.
Things I've done:
ECU replacement. I didn't have the original key and had to buy ECU one with a key; it starts without a problem.
Fuel pump replacement. A complete repair kit was installed (pump, filters, etc.).
Inspection of the lines to the rave valve in the exhaust manifold.
I've attached some photos. The message "5 este" also appears on the indicator. Does anyone know what it means?
I also get the message "Maintenance" after starting the Jet. Does anyone know how to reset it? I've tried pressing MODE * SET before starting, but it hasn't had much effect.
