Help with rotary valve

I need to adjust the timing and am not sure what degree I need to mark to line up the rotary valve. It’s on a 2002 seadoo Gti Le. If anyone knows what degree it would be I would very much appreciated it

Try flipping the rotary valve to get more to get the readings more to the middle of the range. I don't like being at the FAR end on any one but you can only do so much..
The one I just did was 149 degrees and 65 degrees.
