So I fixed the F1 fuse and test the baffle with a multimeter and it was working perfect, put everything back together and now the fuel gauge only move like to the first dot and my tank is half, any Ideas of what did I do wrong?? any help or input is appreciate it!

Fill the tank and see if it goes up.

BUT... the OEM floats suck. With the new fuels, they have a tendency of sinking... or the magnets come out of them. I recommend changing it out to the new blow molded style.

Then again... your gauge could be bad. Have you checked that?

I did put some gas in, is like maybe half tank, the float is the new style, is white with the 2 magnets, I did test the float in a cup of gas and worked good.

You may want to test your gauge as well, just to eliminate that possibility. It is real easy. Just disconnect the fuel baffle and stick a paperclip (or similar) in both sides of the connector running off to the gauge. Your gauge should read "full" if it is ok.

Gauge works, I guess it may be stuck some how, I will take back out this week, I would let you guys know the results, thanks for your imput!

ok so my float fell in the tanks and i got it back, it does have a little gas in it but still floats, now I have to fish out some how the cap from the bottom of the tank... any ideas??

I got the filter back, what a pain.. lol, I used 2 wire hanger a magnet and a washer.... the rest was just getting lucky to get the filter between the 2, lol, anyway, this time i got the gas from the float and also use some epoxy to seal it, it should work ok, i hope. thanks for the help you guys gave me..i will get the results soo...
