If I get a chance when I get home tonight I'll get a picture of my 01' XP for you to compare.

I have another question just called my local dealer here and they told me that the throttle cable is obselete no longer available so my question is what brand would you order ? Or where can I get a good cable ?

You will have to pull the airbox to see if they are squirting.

I would check with Nick or Jess ast Westside Powersports for the cable.

I already did I have the exhaust pulled and air box out. How do I check to see if they are squirting what do I have to do?

Pump the throttle and you should see fuel squirting from the two brass nipples at the top of the carbs.

I push on the accelerator pump lever fuel fuel comes out of the thin tube on the front carb but not the back is that they way it’s supposed to be ?

Not sure if the ski uses a 2-piece cable but I believe it does?

The throttle cable I replaced on my boat is made in two pieces, front and rear. I don't recall exactly how the two pieces connected in the middle but I think they snapped together and there was some adjustment there? Maybe it's not assembled or adjusted quite right in this location? I had to cut the heat shrink off to separate the rear section from the front section.

I don't recall exactly where my replacement rear cable came from but I can look and see if you need. I seem to remember it came in an WSM bag?

Tried getting a picture for you.

But couldn’t get a picture of the carb connection without pulling the airbox. And sorry but not pulling the airbox because it’s so much fun.
