help needed with seadoo gtx rfi viabration

looking for some help with my 02 seadoo gtx rfi.
when i align my engine with my impeller i start the ski up and it as it should i then put the water hose so i can run it for longer then after about 30-40 seconds and i little bit of throttling this viabration starts to appear, noisy and you can feel it through hull and handle bars.
pulling my hair out, any help will be grateful.

Check the engine mounts...if the alignment is ok, pull the engine back and forth to see if the mounts are bad. Next is the jet pump...you could have a bad bearing or bent shaft in the jet pump or something...

the mounts are brand new should i rebuild the pump with new thrush bearing and seal etc
just seems when i put the water on to the ski it comes out of line.

It shouldn't come out of line. It might be in the pump...double check the alignment and remove the intake grate, and see if the shaft has excessive play. It could be in the pump assy.
