Help! Need to locate where the Telltale connects to the engine!!

I have a used 2009 Seadoo RTX 215 rotax 4-tec that I just bought. The tell tale was not “peeing” found a line that connects to the actual tell tale but it looks cut. I have checked every manual and YouTube video and can not find where this line connects to the engine. Usually it’s the manifold but I don’t see anywhere to connect it there. Anyone with any info would be awesome! Thanks
