I have a gti se 155... finally took the kids tubing in the back bays. Kids complained that the spray was terribly painful. Rope was 50' long, I'd hate to go longer as it really would limit the turning ability in some of the back areas... anyone have any suggestions?

It is a single riding tube... the taller and heavier child complained the loudest... he was actually at the point where he had to hold his arms up to block the spray...

Get a thing called a booster ball. Works perfect. It is a tow rope with a big inflatable ball that is like halfway back. Keeps the rope off the water.

To be totally Honest, without my husband here to ask, I don't think the 2008 gti has a variable trim.. how would I be able to tell.

I saw those, and saw someone else commented that they reduced spray... but our spray is not coming from the rope in the water... it seems to be from the wake almost like it is being shot in an arc... directly at the rider... Would this ball deflect that?
Thanks

It really reduces the spray from towing stuff by the rope being out of the water and it fixes the angle of what you are towing. as far as the wake from the ski, not much you can do about that.

mine has a trim button on the left handlebar. I think you may be able to manually adjust, but not sure.
