Help! 1999 GTX rear seat latch repair problem

1999 GTX RFI. Rear seat latch broken. I have purchased a new latch but cannot unscrew the starboard bolt holding the broken latch in place. The T-nut just spins within the seat when turning the bolt. I have cut away the old latch, sprayed with WD40, no joy. Advice...? Thank you, NWRon

Remove enough staples where you can lift the cover/seat foam up enough to access the nut.
