I just acquired a 1997 Seadoo Speedster that started having engine bogging problems about 4yrs ago.The previous owner says he could not find anyone in the area to work on it so he took it to a two stroke motorbike shop spent lots of money but could never get it running right, so he just parked left it out in thr weather uncovered for the last three or four years. I guess I should have spent some time on this forum before it bought it. I thought $1500 dollars was a bargain, now I’m not so sure. But I’m retired and am just finishing up another project boat, (1991 Malibu Skier Euro F3), so that will be sold soon and I’ll need a new project. So I’m looking forward to getting to know this Community’s helpful members. I’m sure that I’ll need a lot of help.
