Have left over boot/seal(?)

After re-assembling everything in my 1997 GSI, a year long project, much to my chagrin I have a small boot/seal part left over that I didn't replace. Could anyone help me identify what this part is? Pics attached.

Almost looks like it the boot that goes into the front of your prop,
