Has anyone ever used a trolling motor with their seadoo boat?

No where in your avatar of thread do you state the type of boat.

But, for the most part, it's a pain unless you want to make some kind of mount to your hull. The small or standard clip on, just don't have anywhere to put it. I use my Challenger for fishing, but pretty much have resolved to use a paddle when moving along the bank. If you are going to dedicate it for fishing and don't care about bolting up a trolling motor mount, then I don't see why you couldn't do it.

I have a 2006 Sportster, thought it was in my description. Anyway I do not want to fully dedicate it for fishing, was hoping to put a temporary trolling motor on it. But was curious if anyone had every tried it before.

You can put a trolling motor on a bathtub if you want. The mounting is the question. A bow mount would be the easiest to add to your boat as there isn't a transom to mount a transom mount motor to. It should work well and be easy to remove when you don't want it in the way. Post some pix when and if you do this. I would love to see it.
