Hard starting and rough take offs.

Heyo, I’ve got a 2002 gtx 4tec and when it’s been running for awhile and you turn it off and try to start it back up it’s hard to start and when you take off it kinda like surges but then when you get going for a few minutes it runs fine again?

I guess a way to describe it is that it feels like it’s missing
