GTX Small Storage Hatch Removal

How do i remove the small storage hatch/glove box? I don't want to break any tabs by prying it out. Need to replace the steering cable and that will make it easier if its out

I haven't looked at mine that close but if it looks anything like the older body styles, it just has 4 of those plastic rivets holding it down. It's probably different though or you wouldn't be asking. I mainly commented to bump this back to the top. Hopefully someone will get you there soon.

The are the plastic rivets. Use a flathead thin screwdriver and pry top of rivet up. Once all four out
you can remove tray. Rivets should be re-usable but cheap if need replacing.
