I got a 2003 Sea-Doo GTX 4-Tec Supercharged that has a starting Problem!
The problem occured the other day. We took it out on the water and it was running fine(few hours), Then we went to get fuel and when we where ready to go the ski wouldn't turn over. The starter would engage you could here it trying to start but wouldn't fire for about 5-10mins when it finally fired up and we made our way back in.
After checking over all the wiring connections, spark plugs, fuel pump, Filters, fliuds we tried to duplicate the event. after several attemps we finally got it to happen on the screen it said Sensor than Maintance.
To recap the engine turns over just doesn't fire when problem occurs and screen reads Sensor than Maintance. We think its either the Crank sensor or the CDI. We could use your input in this matter to determine what the problem is. If you have had this problem or know whats wrong I would glady appriecate the help.
