GTX 4-tec lcd message

Hey there.
I have a 2002 GTX 4-Tec. Recently, the LCD info center managed to accumulate water and stopped working. I took the front cover off, made sure everything was dried out, cleaned the electrical connections, and installed a new gauge. The new gauge works..unfortunately, I guess that I never paid enough attention to what it displayed by default before. When the key is put into the ski now, the LCD displays KEY, then it flashes MAINTENANCE about 5x, then it displays WEST.

I cannot find any info telling me what this means? Anyone know?

Got an answer and figured I'd post.
The 5x flash of maintenance means it needs some scheduled maintenance. Probably because it hit 100 hrs. West is the compass!!!

Do you still have the dead unit. I may be able to fix it. I did mine.
