That white sludge is water in the oil. I'd do an oil and plug change before trying to crank it again. As far as the SC, someone else will have more knowledge than I do. But I'm thinking it needs a rebuild.

I had my oil cooler crack one time because i was testing the motor using water, and after i disassembled it, water remained in the oil cooler over winter. You can remove it and test it by pressurizing it. Should hold indefinitely. You will hear ahiss if it had a hole

i get out oil filter and it was cracked
do you think to open motor and chack valve and other components because of wather in engine

You can pressurize your cooling system and see if it holds pressure. Ideally, it should hold like 10psi indefinitely. If it is losing pressure, listen where it's going. Taking an engine apart is costly, as you have to replace the head gasket and head bolts (unless they didn't stretch, there is a measurement you can check against). But gaskets aren't exactly cheap. Cracked valves wouldn't cause water in your motor anyway. Test valves with a leakdown test. This can be done with the motor still in the ski. I built my own leak down tester using air tools and a mikuni carburetor jet. While not as accurate as the $100 units, it is enough to tell me that my valves and piston rings are okay. It's really quite simple, just google it.
