gts runs but gets choked

the machine runs well but when try to pull a skier gets choked need help:ack:
where is the fuel filter in a gts 1992 587 engine

Does it Stall?
If so does it restart straight away?
Could be faulty fuel tap or blocked filter in carb.
If its fouling plugs maybe check for an exhaust leak and check your plug caps/trim leads back.

Fuel filter is inside of the carburetor.
