GTR 215 issue (gas or oil surrounding hull)

Purchased a used 2012 GTR 215 last Aug long weekend, took it out once and noticed the hull filling up with water so took it in and got the carbon ring and drive shaft replaced (not cheap) but once it was fixed it was time to store it so it wasn't risen again. Just took it out yesterday for the 1st time and rode it for maybe 20 minutes yesterday but when I went back to it today I noticed a large ring of either gas or oil floating around the entire craft. Couple notes, put 10 litres of gas in and the fuel empty light came on within 10 minutes of riding so I'm thinking its running extremely rich as well.....the craft is stored on one of those floating docks that you ride the craft up onto. There is no water visible inside (so the fix of the carbon ring and drive shaft fixed my original issue) and no smell of gas inside of the machine. Neighbour is guessing oil is leaking thru the exhaust but thats with not a lot of experience in seadoo's but has a lot of experience with engines. Should I be driving it back to the dealer who fixed it last Aug or is this a separate issue all together?
