Gti mod and engine wear

Hi i have a 2000 seadoo gti. Was looking to get alittle better performance. I know its a gti the grocery getter of the jetski world. But want to ugrade alittle was looking at putting on a solas concord impeller(new wear ring too) and a solas intake grate. My question is i know some mods reduce engine life. Will these two mods do that. I dont wanna have to rebuild ever other year.

No their will be no harm to the motor or life decrease from a intake grate and impeller
