GSX limited oil and fuel lines

Hello everyone,

I recently got a 99 GSX Limited 951. I need to replace all my oil lines (green sludge).

What sizes do I need to do all of them? I was planning on just tracing them for the length but as far as diameter does anyone know what sizes I am going to need?

To my understanding I would need 3/32” but isn’t there a larger diameter used in some spots too?

I would also like to do all the fuel lines and I am wondering what the diameters are for those as well.

Any recommendations on what kind of line to use would be appreciated as well.

Download the parts manual for the web, its free, that will tell you what the size of each line. When I did mine I just used automotive gas line. The books shows everything in MM I just converted it to the closet "inch" measurement and went to AutoZone.

Ok; I found the manual just was not sure if it had the measurements for the hoses. I haven't looked through it in depth yet. Thank you!

8mm oil lines from the tank to the pump, 3/32" on the oil injection lines fuel lines will be 5/16" feed and 1/4" return.

OSD marine has tygon. I used it for my oil lines.
