Got everything together, interesting carbon ring vibration?? [[VIDEO]]

Hows it going fellas, I finally got this 787 to run, and everything is together.

Only one interesting problem,

The carbon ring is vibrating crazy when the machine is running on the hose.

Before the zip tie that's on there now, there was a hose clamp, which I thought maybe was too big and caused the vibration.

If I touch the drive shaft itself right out of the PTO, it doesn't feel like its vibrating, only the rubber boot goes nuts.

Not sure what else to say, but here have a look for yourself

Notable times: 8 seconds in is when it starts to vibrate (not really seen by camera, but you can hear the difference)

And 15 seconds when I hold it to get it to stop.

If you post a vid... put it on Youtube. (i'm not going to D/L from a site like that. It's not safe)

The carbon seal will vibrate and shake when it's out of the water. The lake water keeps it cool and lubed.

Also, to confirm your genius, when I dropped the ski into the water for a quick "make sure it doesn't capsize" test, the vibration was gone.
