Ok guys had my ski for 4 years and believe it or not after 190hrs never happened before.

Got the rock out but seems to be minor damage.
With picture should I be concern with the rubber thing that got a bit torn up? If so any links on how to put a new one on so I don't get ripped by dealer?
Thanks
Greg

Don't pull the grate anymore. Easier to pull the pump. You'll need a prop removal tool..inexpensive. A new nose cone....and the prop?....prolly the ring too?....eh.....I'd just get new ones.

And quit running your boat in shallow water.

It's a 2012 GTR 215 yes it has a IBR.
Is all that above hard to do? I am not too mechanically incline.
I did not turn the ski off soon enough while coming into an island. Learned my lesson.
Do you think I can run it a couple more times and do repair during the winter?
Thank you
Greg

I would not.. You will likely get water into the impeller bearings and that will cause issues pretty quick. It is a pretty eay fix right now assuming your bearings are good. Here is a link that shows what needs to be done. This is from my GTX that does have the IBR/VTS.
