Well we pulled the boat out in sept long and hauled it to the dealer for some warrenty work again, Yes the wake Bar is fluttering like a puppys tail still even after the new rubber kit put under the mounts. When my frends and family are in the back seat they all comment on the Bar waving around even when no one is being pulled. BRP was trying to tell my dealer there is no problem with them wake bars, the service man told him to Google it and then the bar become and issue. So they sent out and other kit and some torque spec's to try, so the service writer said they will do this, then get some peaple in the boat and shack it and video tape it for BRP , hope this will make them aware of the very serious Safety Issue. 2009- 230Challenger SP 430 HP:banghead:

At what mounting points are you seeing the most movement? We just got a 210 Wake, I trailered it back from Jacksonville, FL to Atlanta, GA. I was watching the tower movement in the rear view mirror on the way home and it seemed to be pretty solid so I would like to know is the point of failure on your tower.
